- Log in to your MyShowcase account
- Go to My Account (top right in pink)
- Select "Account Settings" from the grey, lefthand toolbar
- Click the black "Edit Details" button
- Enter your new email address and click "Save Changes"
Next time log in with the new email and old password.

As a Stylist you can change the email address for any one of your customers (or another Stylist in your team) by
- going to your "VIP Customers" report
- clicking on their name
- and following steps 4-5
