How do I change my email address or password?

  1. Log in to your MyShowcase account
  2. Go to My Account (top right in pink)
  3. Select "Account Settings" from the grey, lefthand toolbar
  4. Click the black "Edit Details" button
  5. Enter your new email address and click "Save Changes"

Next time log in with the new email and old password.

As a Stylist you can change the email address for any one of your customers (or another Stylist in your team) by

  • going to your "VIP Customers" report
  • clicking on their name
  • and following steps 4-5
