What happens if my new Stylist isn't active?

It is important from the get-go to set an expectation that they are joining as a Stylist to make beauty their business. What are their goals – do they have a showcase launch date? A contact list? Do they know what to say to secure a showcase booking? Have they been on the MyShowcase Genie and followed all the new Stylist training and support processes? Are they feeling confident, supported and motivated? If the answer to these questions is yes, then try and find out why they haven’t. It may be something you can help them to overcome. It’s always worth keeping a line of communication open, but be mindful that it doesn’t take too much of your time – your own business, team and other potential Stylists need you too.
