Do I need to pay to return my items to MyShowcase?

It depends.

  • No if the reason for returning is at the fault of MyShowcase, we will reimburse you the shipping costs.
  • Yes if the reason for returning is because you, the customer, no longer wants the product, the cost of returning is yours alone.
