How do we deal with a customer who has an averse reaction to any of our products?

On rare occasions, averse reactions do occur from time to time. 

If one of your customers has an averse reaction please contact us stating your customer's name and order number 

  • on 0207 384 9600 between 9:00am and 17:30pm Monday to Friday 
  • or send us an email on support@myshowcase.com.

We will compensate the customer with a credit voucher of the value of the aforementioned product.
