How can I change the delivery address on an order that has been placed?

If your order status says 'Placed' (in other words we haven't packed and sent it out already) please contact our Customer Support team to change the address

  • on 0207 384 9600 between 9:00am and 17:30pm Monday to Friday 
  • or drop us an email on support@myshowcase.com.
