How do I track mine and my customers orders?

Orders you place, for yourself or your customers, will be dispatched within 3 working days and should be delivered within 5 working days.

You can check the status of your personal orders by following this sequence upon logging into your Stylist Account: Orders > My Orders.

You can check the status of your customers' orders by following this sequence upon logging into your Stylist Account: Orders > For Customers. 

There are 5 order status:

  • Placed: we have received payment and will pack it soon.
  • Being Packed: the order is currently being packed.
  • Packed: the order is ready to be despatched.
  • Shipped: the order has left HQ and is on its way.

There are two special order status:

  • On Hold: we are temporarily holding the order at HQ for 1-2 days while we await the arrival of a product in this order.
  • Split: we have despatched part of the order because one or more of the products are currently out of stock. As soon as this product arrives, we will despatch the remainder of the order, free of charge.

Once an order has left our warehouse, you or the customer can track the parcel using the consignment number provided by UK Mail on email. Input this number into the UK Mail website to track your order.  If you or your customer have provided a mobile number, you will be notified of an estimated delivery time by text message.
