What does 'Awaiting CC' mean and what do I do if it comes up

'Awaiting CC'  means the credit card ("CC") payment confirmation was not received by our computers.

Two things could have happened

  • The payment did not go through
  • The payment did go through but we didn't get notified

We can easily solve this issue by checking with the company that takes the credit card payments, SagePay.

In the case that your order is 'Awaiting CC' please contact us stating your name and order number 

  • on 0207 384 9600 between 9:00am and 17:30pm Monday to Friday 
  • or send us an email on support@myshowcase.com.

We'll fix it quickly.
